Opera House

After the bad start....
the rain finally stopped so we went back to Opera House and took pictures...

I don't have many pictures of the Opera House. I'm sure everyone has seen pictures of it. It's really not that WOW upclose. in fact, it's kinda dirty. Maybe it's beautiful inside, who knows.... and it didn't help that it started to rain again....

Anyhow, that was it for Sydney. pretty disappointing i have to admit. didn't help with the stupid weather and the busses and accidents. =(

the car ride back to melbourne was... long.. 9.5hrs drive back. Jerald and Joe's arms, legs, eyes were pretty sore by the time we got back. i suppose with road trips, its the drivers that suffer. a note to remember, the 'navigator' should prepare and discuss maps (with the driver) in advance to avoid any unpleasant frustrations during the trip. Anyway, when we got back, there was a nice meal waiting for us... hot tasty dumplings! *YUM* Good food always make people happy. ;)
