back at work today and feeling totally lazy. not too busy either which makes me feel even worse cuz right now i just feel like sleeping. had a good lunch - homemade dumplings.. yummmm....
my first new year in melbourne. was it good? hmmm... i don't know. there r no photos though. i was at lg on NYE till about 11:45pm. we were lucky cuz the kitchen ventilation fan broke down. it was impossible for the chefs to keep going, they were sweating like crazy and the whole place was smoking up. so we had to reject customers which i was pleased about cuz the palce was packed and things were messy. thank god the dh did not go crazy and yell at ppl. he was really very stress though (of course having to reject customers... the $$$) but i think he made quite a lot that night. 7 of us got 20bucks tips from him. after work, 7 of us rushed to the city to try to catch the fireworks but didn't make it in time, ended up wishing the cab driver happy new year. haha... after that went to this korean bbq place, pretty nice the food but too exp! then drinks with them n i met up with joe at st kilda after that..... it was quite a night.... in so many ways....
May 2008 be a wonderful year for all of us! =)
